  • Manage complex inter-departmental dependencies, working closely with functions such as Compliance, Technology, and Internal Audit.

  • A proven track record of delivering successful outcomes as a PMO or Project Manager in large, complex organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive, "no surprises" approach to escalating issues and sharing updates.
  • High attention to detail combined with the ability to step back and look across the broader portfolio.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively to solve problems.
  • The ability to plan, organize, and work effectively both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
