LMS Implementation Consultant

Pair Care is a growing technology business helping care providers develop and support their workforce through innovative learning and compliance solutions. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an LMS Implementation Consultant to lead client onboarding, system configuration, and implementation projects across our learning platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with client-facing consultancy. You'll work directly with customers to understand their requirements, configure solutions, deliver successful implementations, and help organisations get maximum value from their learning systems.

The Role

As an LMS Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the implementation lifecycle from discovery through to go-live and ongoing optimisation.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate requirements into system solutions, configure learning platforms, build reports, and provide expert guidance throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead LMS implementation projects for new and existing clients
  • Conduct discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops
  • Configure and customise LMS environments to meet client requirements
  • Design and implement learning structures, user hierarchies, workflows and permissions
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards and management information
  • Support data migration, testing and system validation activities
  • Provide client training and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Troubleshoot implementation and configuration issues
  • Work with internal teams to improve platform functionality and implementation processes
  • Contribute to system architecture discussions and solution design
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and product development feedback

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience administering, configuring or implementing Learning Management Systems
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience producing reports and interpreting data
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Desirable

  • Experience with healthcare, social care or compliance-based learning environments
  • Experience with LMS platforms
  • Knowledge of learning technologies, e-learning standards or workforce development systems
  • Experience supporting software implementations or SaaS products
